WhizID is a server-side Java application developed by the ISIS group at Virginia Tech, for creating interactive Diagnostic Systems on the WWW. It is probably best suited to identification problems, but can be used for almost any problem in which you want to lead a client to a particular piece of information through a question and answer session.

WhizID requires the author to define both the possible results of the diagnostic session and the descriptive properties used to identify the best result; it then handles all interaction with the user
